Speaking skills are one of the language skills that are at the second most difficult level after writing skills. This skill is closely related to student's ability to communicate, both in lectures and after graduating from UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. Unfortunately, speaking skills among students are still far from good and correct communication standards. There are two influencing factors, namely the low self-confidence factor of students when speaking in public and the lack of ability to speak in public. This can be seen from the way students present their groups in front of the class. The majority of students always read texts, look continuously at the PPT screen, bring notes, read books, read notes on their cell phones, and are unable to answer questions during discussion activities. For this reason, a triangulation learning method is needed to improve students' speaking skills. This study was conducted to test the effectiveness of the use of triangulation learning methods including project-based learning methods, outcome-based education, and role-playing to improve students' speaking skills. The triangulation learning method is a method that combines project-based learning, outcome-based education, and role-playing. In its implementation, this method invites students to speak directly in public. Through project-based learning, students are guided to hold webinar activities, both online and offline. Through outcome-based education, students can gain real experience directly speaking in public, producing webinar material videos and short material modules as learning outputs in class. Meanwhile, through role-playing, students become resource persons, moderators, MCs, prayer readers, and quiz directors in webinar activities. Students also look for participants outside the classroom to attend the webinar event. With this method triangulation, students' speaking skills can improve.
