Abstract

In today's digital era, information technology is crucial for strengthening the position and sustainability of educational institutions. This study aims to implement information technology to enhance the existence and performance of educational institutions in the digital age. Information technology plays a vital role in improving operational efficiency and expanding educational reach through various digital platforms. The implementation process includes training staff and teachers in the use of educational software, developing an official website, and implementing an online learning management system. The research methodology involves a case study approach with qualitative and quantitative analyses to measure the impact of information technology adoption on the teaching and learning process, school administration, and community interaction. The results show that the implementation of information technology significantly improves school management efficiency, facilitates broader access to learning resources for students, and strengthens communication between the institution and its stakeholders. In conclusion, the implementation of information technology is a strategic step to enhance an institution's existence and relevance in facing the challenges of the digital era.
