This article discusses efforts to increase the role of women in the context of a circular economy through the implementation of Eco Enzyme training. The circular economy is becoming increasingly relevant in facing current environmental challenges, including processing and waste disposal problems. Women, as holders of an important role in household management, have great potential to become driving agents in implementing circular economic principles at the household level. In this article, we explore how Eco Enzyme training can be an effective tool in empowering women to play an active role in turning kitchen waste into a valuable resource. We explored the impact of the training on women's knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding waste management and eco-enzyme production. In addition, this article also discusses the economic, social, and environmental benefits that may arise from increasing women's roles in circular economic practices in the household. The results of this research support the importance of paying special attention to the role of women in a circular economy and provide a basis for developing more inclusive strategies and policies in supporting women's efforts to manage resources sustainably and reduce negative impacts on the environment.
