Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize improved management practices and innovative processing technologies to enhance the business performance of garlic producers. The low productivity and efficiency of garlic growers' businesses at different places serves as the backdrop for this study. This study demonstrates that two elements that lead to these poor results are the usage of old technologies and ineffective management. A qualitative methodology was used in the research, which involved case studies of multiple farming groups in a specific region. Data is gathered through document analysis, in-depth interviews, and live observations. Studies indicate that garlic growers can increase their productivity and efficiency by implementing effective production planning, managing resources well, and maintaining stringent oversight. The application of According to the report, farmers require instruction and direction on business management and the utilization of cutting-edge technology. Garlic farmers should therefore anticipate a more competitive and sustainable business in the future.
