Packaging Design and Product Branding Training for Young Entrepreneurs in Waru Village, Sidoarjo, Indonesia

This study examines the impact of a packaging design and product branding training program aimed at young entrepreneurs in Waru Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Recognizing the critical role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in regional economic growth, the program sought to address the challenges faced by these entrepreneurs, particularly their lack of knowledge and skills in branding and packaging design. This training, incorporated both presentation and demonstration methods to enhance participants' understanding of effective branding strategies and creative packaging design. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with most showing a good grasp of the material, although some areas still required further clarification. Overall, the program positively impacted the participants, improving the competitiveness of their products and contributing to local economic development. Regular monitoring and evaluation were recommended to ensure the program's continued effectiveness and to adapt it to the evolving needs of the participants.
