View 4th Riau Medical Scientific and Expo 2022

The 4th Riau Medical Center and Expo International Conference (RIME) 2022 conference’s theme will be "Tackling the Silent Pandemic: Current Prevention and Management of Antimicrobial Resistance". Antimicrobial resistance is a major public health threat causing nearly 1.27 million deaths worldwide. The rise of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) will hinder the treatment of infectious disease. The 4th RIME 2022 theme is in line with World Antibiotic Awareness Week (WAAW) set by World Health Organization (WHO), which is a global action plan to tackle the growing problem of resistance to antibiotics and other antimicrobial medicines by improving awareness and understanding of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and encouraging best practices among the public, stakeholders and policymakers.

At this meeting, several topics with a multidisciplinary approach will be presented and discussed. Please make the most of this gathering to provide better healthcare service to our community. We sincerely hope that everyone who attends this gathering will find it as enjoyable as we did planning it.
