The era of globalization opens opportunities for every country to interact with each other in achieving goals. Global competition is an unavoidable condition as a result of the freedom between countries to interact in various sectors such as education, health, economy, culture, and so on. Therefore, universities are required to play a role in increasing the nation's competitiveness in order to be independent and able to survive in the face of global competition. One of the efforts that can be made in the health sector is the development of higher education in the health sector that integrates entrepreneurship in a global perspective. Higher education in the era of globalization requires being able to produce young generations of health workers who have competitiveness. One indicator is having an entrepreneurial spirit. Higher education must be able to prepare Human Resources who are able and ready to participate and master problem solving skills for the various challenges faced by each generation, one of which is entrepreneurship. Knowledge of entrepreneurship will be a medium of innovation to produce commodities and create jobs, both of which are the main raw materials for community welfare. Innovation in health services is an urgent need due to the large cost pressure to get good quality health services. The demand for quality services, both in terms of objective care and quality of treatment, is crucial to the welfare of the Indonesian people. On this occasion, Institut Kesehatan Mitra Bunda endeavored to improve the knowledge of health workers about global entrepreneurship through an international conference with the theme "Global Entrepreneurship in Healthcare to Provide Excellent Service".
