Globalization and market complexity have led companies to rely on Third Party Logistics (3PL) companies for managing logistics services to stay competitive. Warehouse layout is crucial for operational optimization and focusing on core business. A study at PT. XYZ used Hybrid Algorithm (BLOCPLAN) and Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) methods to find the best layout. Results showed that CORELAP reduced daily distance traveled by 5% compared to BLOCPLAN and 21% compared to the initial layout, saving 5.8 km daily. Therefore, CORELAP was recom-mended for the warehouse layout at PT. XYZ to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the evolving industry.
