Trenggalek is a region that has a high vision and commitment to tourism. This is proven by the vision of the local government through the Ripparda of Trenggalek for 2017-2031 and the RPJMD of Trenggalek. This study takes the problem of how cross-sectoral environmental and tourism cooperation in Trenggalek can be implemented effectively and efficiently. The study uses two main concepts, namely sustainable tourism and technology application. The method used is a mixed method with interview techniques and focus-group discussions (FGD) for data collection. After conducting interviews and FGDs with the Tourism & Culture Department officials and Housing, Residencies, and Environment Department officials of Trenggalek and with Tegaren’s local officials, the research team was able to confirm that quantitative data for the IPKN of the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy could still not be obtained on a local scale. Meanwhile, the research team managed to obtain some quantitative data on the environmental quality of Trenggalek. This study found that 1) there were some partial environmental and tourism qualitative data without further communication and coordination between regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and 2) so complete, coherent, and cohesive information still could not be found in the management of public information in Trenggalek.
