Digital transformation in global financial institutions now prioritizes the use of technology to increase efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction. In this context, the development of digital-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is important to align operational processes with technological developments and user expectations. The CU Sawiran Cooperative, which is located in Malang City and has been operating since 1995, faces challenges in management and management caused by limited human resources, poor understanding of the principles of cooperative management, and the inability to keep up with current developments. This condition results in inefficient services and difficulty competing. To overcome this problem, assistance in creating digital-based SOPs is needed to improve management and services at the CU Sawiran Cooperative. The assessment results show the need for adequate SOP guidelines and digital applications to make SOP preparation easier. Therefore, a digital-based SOP development guide will help cooperatives in compiling effective SOPs, increase management understanding, and improve the ability to implement SOPs, so as to increase compliance, service quality, operational efficiency, and cooperative competitiveness.
