The use of sipramin as an alternative to fertilizer on agricultural land occurs in several regions in East Java. Sipramin is the residue of the manufacturing process of cooking flavoring which has the composition of macro nutrients needed by plants, namely nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium, also has C-organic content. Long-term application of sipramin did not affect the C-organic status of paddy soil. In 3 locations with different application lengths, C-organic status was low. Long-term application of cipramin also had little effect on the status of soil K (potassium). K is lost a lot in muddy soil conditions due to intensive processing.
