Information technology has now become a priority need that is very important in every aspect of life, one of which is in the field of mental health. Mental health is a crucial aspect, especially among students. According to data from the World Health Organization (2022), mental health disorders are most prevalent among the age group of 15-24 years. Additionally, based on data from the East Java Health Office in 2022, the Surabaya area is among the six regions with the lowest percentage of mental health services meeting the standards. The result of this research is a web-based information system for mental health consultation for students in Surabaya. This study uses the design thinking method, which focuses on solving problems with a user-centered approach. The testing methods used to evaluate the application are the System Usability Scale (SUS) and heuristic evaluation. The SUS results show a score of 88 from psychologists and 89.5 from students, indicating that the website design meets user needs. This research is expected to produce a user-friendly and easily understood web-based application design for mental health consultation for students in Surabaya.
